Payment

Payment is due in full upfront to secure your order and reserve your event date on my calendar. Each banner is personalized and made specifically for you. Your date is not considered booked until payment has been received.

I accept Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Once you’re ready to pay, use the Pay with Venmo or Pay with Zelle page to scan the QR code or open the app directly.

Custom Designs & Copyright

I do not paint full licensed characters, logos, or copyrighted icons.

Instead, I can create an original design using colors, patterns, details, and other elements inspired by your theme while keeping your banner completely unique and one-of-a-kind.

Digital Mockups & Revisions

A digital mockup will be provided for approval before your banner is painted. You'll receive 3 versions. Up to 3 changes to the mockup are included with your order.

Additional revisions beyond the 3 included changes will be subject to a $10 revision fee.

Once the mockup has been approved, major design changes may not be possible once painting has begun.

Colors

Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly between your digital mockup and the finished, hand-painted banner. Differences in screens, lighting, paint, and the handmade nature of the process can all affect how colors appear.

I will do my best to match your approved design as closely as possible.

Cancellations

Because banners are custom made and dates are reserved specifically for each order, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.

If an unexpected major life event occurs and cancellation is truly the only option, please reach out as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances and stage of the order, a credit or refund may be offered at my discretion.

Rush Orders

Need your banner in a hurry? A $10–$20 rush fee will be added to qualifying rush orders, depending on the turnaround time and complexity of the order.

An order needed within a week is considered a rush order.
